Canada Post - Checkout Error

-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.32
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome/Firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : In checkout: An error occurred. The connection to the Canada Post server could not be established: Failed to connect to cybervente.postescanada.ca port 30000: Connection refused

Just started getting this message:

An error occurred. The connection to the Canada Post server could not be established: Failed to connect to cybervente.postescanada.ca port 30000: Connection refused.

There is no warehouse usable for that location.

Hi,

This indicates that your hosting must have some firewall blocking the connection to canadapost. I would recommend first contacting the support of your hosting and give them this message so that they can look at it and hopefully whitelist the connection for you.

Thanks for your response. That appears to be the issue. :)

However now I am getting the following errors (note, that everything was working fine a short while back):

Error: Error while sending XML to CANADA POST. Error code: -2001. Message: Merchant CPC Id not found on server.
Message: There is no warehouse usable for that location

Hello,

Can you show us some screenshots of how you configured your Canada Post shipping method so that we can maybe reproduce it on our end ?

Also, note that the "Error code: -2001. Message: Merchant CPC Id not found on server." generally means that your Canada Post credentials used on through options of your plugin configuration pages are not valid.

Hello,

Can you try it without any space on your the "Post code" option of your canada post warehouse configuration space ? Also, you should contact the Canada Post platform regarding the "Error code: -2001. Message: Merchant CPC Id not found on server." error message, it generally means that your credentials aren't valide or enabled.

I contacted Canada Post. They say my credentials are fine.

I've remove the space on the Postal Code. I even purchased your Canada Post ADVANCED Shipping plugin and I still get the Error while sending XML to CANADA POST. Error code: -2001. Message: Merchant CPC Id not found on server.
