Shipping Destinations Missing

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.24
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.26

I have the following shipping settings enabled in this order
Express Post Shipping Australia
Express Post International - NZ
Express Post International UK
Express Post International USA
Express Post International - Canada

When a purchase is made not all options appear.
NZ appears by default.

Thoughts on a resolution?

Hi,

You should select the corresponding country in the "zone" setting of each shipping method.
That way, only the shipping method corresponding to the country selected in the shipping address of the user will appear.
Also, I would recommend to make a two step checkout: One step with the login / address views, and a second with the other views.
That way, the shipping methods will be displayed only after the customer has entered his shipping address.
You can do that by configuring your "checkout workflow":

See attached what setting I have for Australia and the other countries I mentioned.
So the zone changes to each country selected.
I'm using the Manual Shipping method plugin.


Checkout process is currently
Cart
Address
Shipping
Payment

I really don't want registration as customers get confused if they don't see that as necessary.
Can't find how to disable or is that only part of subscription?

Hello,

To properly use the address step of your checkout workflow, your customers will have to be logged in, so in your case the best solution will probably be to add the "login" step through your checkout workflow but also set the :
- "Display method for registration" option to "All in one page"
- "Registration" option to Guest

That way your customer won't have to go through all of the registration process.

Ok ALL the shipping zones are enabled



Still having rego/login issues and upgraded my account access here.
Upgraded as required.

Using my UK proxy server to access and still No Country or State possible
Tried my VPN as well via UK and no change.

I've obviously got something enabled/disabled that is causing this :angry:
Thoughts? Ideas?

Attached is the issue I'm facing.


I downloaded a browser that has never been to the site before to ensure a clean access as well
My VPN is via the UK and check myIP shows this

Will change security settings to allow access and report back.

Hello,

Your issue is coming from the fact that you have unpublished through "Hikashop->System->Zones" every zones of the type "country" and "state".

Publishing them back should fix the issue.

I have now published every Country and State in the list ... all 4310 of them
Any of the Countries that we ONLY deal with that I have selected and published in the Shipping Methods (previously mentioned) DO NOT appear in the list when I go shopping


Something still not happening as it should.

Hello,

Your issue is coming from the fact that you changed the type of these zones from country to shipping (cf screenshot).

If you want to create a shipping zone, you'll have to :
- Create a new zone via "Hikashop->System->Zones"
- Set its type to "Shipping"
- Add every zone you need in it (countries or states).

So if you previously changed the type of country/state zones to shipping/payment, you should revert your changes if you want addresses field to properly work.
