The "SendCloud Shipping" plugin integrates HikaShop with SendCloud, a multi-carrier shipping platform used across Europe and beyond. It connects your store to 100+ carriers through a single API, with automatic rate retrieval, label generation, tracking, and pickup point selection.

Installation
- Download the plugin on our website via the download link provided to you after the purchase.
- On Joomla, install it via the extension manager and then go to HikaShop > System > Shipping Methods and create a new SendCloud shipping method.
- On Wordpress, install it via the "install plugin" button of the HikaShop > System > Plugins menu and you'll directly see the configuration interface.
- Enter your SendCloud API public key and secret key (found in your SendCloud account under Settings > Integrations > API).
- Configure the sender country, postal code, and default weight.
- Optionally enable service points, address validation, and auto shipment creation.
Configuration
- API public key / secret key: your SendCloud API credentials.
- Test mode: when enabled, all shipments are created as free unstamped letters for testing.
- Sender name / address / city / country / postal code: sender information used for rate calculation and shipment creation. Falls back to HikaShop store settings if empty.
- Default weight: fallback parcel weight when products have no weight set.
- Validate addresses: validate customer addresses via SendCloud (off, warn only, or block invalid).
- Auto-create shipment: automatically create a SendCloud shipment when an order is confirmed.
- Enable service points: allow customers to select a pickup point at checkout.
- Service point carriers: filter which carriers' service points to show (leave empty for all).
