myPOS

This plugin adds myPOS to your HikaShop store. Your customers pay by card on the secure myPOS payment page, and the money arrives in your myPOS account. The order is confirmed on your store as soon as myPOS confirms the payment, without anybody having to check anything.

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, V PAY, JCB, American Express, Bancontact and Discover.
• Google Pay and Apple Pay, with no extra setup on your side.
• iDEAL for your Dutch customers, Satispay, TWINT, IRIS and Click to Pay where myPOS offers them.
• 3-D Secure on every payment, so the liability for a disputed payment stays where it belongs.
• The payment page is hosted by myPOS, so no card number ever reaches your website.

• The order is confirmed by the payment notification myPOS sends to your store, not by the customer coming back, so a customer who closes the browser window still gets a confirmed order.
• The amount and the currency of the notification are checked against the order before anything is changed, and an order whose payment does not match it is left alone.
• The same notification delivered twice confirms the order once.
• The transaction number of myPOS is written in the history of the order, so a payment can be found again in your myPOS account.
• Choose the status the order waits in while the customer is on the payment page and the status it takes once the payment is confirmed. A customer who gives up on the payment page comes back to the shop and the order is cancelled by HikaShop as usual.

• The lines of the order are sent to myPOS, so the customer sees what they are paying for on the payment page, with the shipping, the payment fee and the coupon as their own lines.
• The name, the email, the phone and the address of the customer can be sent along, so they have nothing to type again.
• The payment page can be displayed in the language of the customer, or always in a language you choose.
• Prices are sent with the decimals of the currency of the order, so the customer is charged the total of the order to the cent.

• Every request is signed with your own store key, and every notification is checked against the myPOS certificate before the order is touched.
• A notification that does not carry a valid signature is refused and written in the payment log.
• A sandbox mode to try the whole payment flow with the test cards of myPOS before going live.

myPOS is an electronic money institution: you open an account with them directly, with no bank contract and no separate acquiring contract, and the same account works in every country they cover. The plugin accepts EUR, BGN, GBP, USD, CHF, RON, HRK, CZK, PLN, HUF, SEK, NOK and DKK, and your myPOS account decides which of them you can be paid in.

1. Open an account on the myPOS website and create an online store in it
2. Download the plugin from our website
3. Install it via the Joomla Extension Manager, or via the "Install plugin" button of System > Plugins on WordPress
4. Create a myPOS payment method in HikaShop
5. Copy the store id, the client number and the key index of your myPOS store into it, with the store private key and the myPOS certificate
6. Copy the notification address displayed in the payment method into your myPOS store

• Store id, client number and key index: what identifies your store on myPOS, all three on your myPOS account page.
• Store private key and myPOS public certificate: the key pair generated in your myPOS account, one to sign what you send, the other to check what myPOS sends back.
• Environment: the sandbox while you are testing, production when you go live.
• Language of the payment page: the language of the customer, or one of your choice.
• Send the order lines: the detail of the order on the payment page, or one single line with the total.
• Send the customer details: their name and email prefilled on the payment page, or asked by myPOS.
• Statuses: the status of the order while the customer pays and the status it takes once myPOS confirms the payment.
• Debug: writes what is exchanged with myPOS in the payment log.

• This plugin is compatible with all the editions of HikaShop
