SendCloud

The "SendCloud Shipping" plugin integrates HikaShop with SendCloud, a multi-carrier shipping platform used across Europe and beyond. It connects your store to 100+ carriers through a single API, with automatic rate retrieval, label generation, tracking, and pickup point selection.

Installation
  1. Download the plugin on our website via the download link provided to you after the purchase.
  2. Install it on your Joomla website via the extension manager.
  3. Enable the plugin in Extensions > Plugins.
  4. Go to HikaShop > System > Shipping Methods and create a new SendCloud shipping method.
  5. Enter your SendCloud API public key and secret key (found in your SendCloud account under Settings > Integrations > API).
  6. Configure the sender country, postal code, and default weight.
  7. Optionally enable service points, address validation, and auto shipment creation.
Configuration
  • API public key / secret key: your SendCloud API credentials.
  • Test mode: when enabled, all shipments are created as free unstamped letters for testing.
  • Sender name / address / city / country / postal code: sender information used for rate calculation and shipment creation. Falls back to HikaShop store settings if empty.
  • Default weight: fallback parcel weight when products have no weight set.
  • Validate addresses: validate customer addresses via SendCloud (off, warn only, or block invalid).
  • Auto-create shipment: automatically create a SendCloud shipment when an order is confirmed.
  • Enable service points: allow customers to select a pickup point at checkout.
  • Service point carriers: the carrier codes, separated by commas (for example inpost,brt), whose pickup point and locker options are offered; leave empty to offer those of all your carriers. Each option shows only the points of its own carrier.

  • Fix: each pickup point or locker option now lists only the points of its own carrier, instead of the points of every carrier of the account.
  • Fix: the "Service point carriers" setting now also hides the pickup options of the carriers it leaves out, instead of showing them with the points of the other carriers.
  • Fix: a locker option now lists only lockers, instead of the carrier's relay points too.
  • Fix: an option delivered to a locker or a pickup point, such as Colissimo's post office delivery, now asks the customer to choose the point, instead of none.
  • Fix: the markers of the pickup map now show, instead of broken images, and each option's map shows its own points, instead of those of another option.
  • Fix: the delivery option the customer chose stays the same when the rates are fetched again, instead of possibly becoming another option at another price.
  • Fix: a pickup point option, such as Mondial Relay Point Relais, now lists only relay shops and post offices, instead of the carrier's lockers too.
