Hi,

HikaMarket have a plugin called "vendor location", it allows you to create filters on product listing (or vendor listing) depending the current customer address or using a value entered by the user in a module.
The "vendor location" system needs a vendor custom field where the vendor (or you) will enter the list of available zip codes (separated by coma or new lines).

Hi,

The search plugins allow you to select fields to search in.
So you can add some custom fields in the plugin configuration (in Joomla plugin manager).

Hi,

You first need to create a vendor custom field.
This field will store the list of zip codes accepted by the vendor.
The plugin have a default name of this custom field : "accepted_zip".
Best is to use a "textarea" field (or an input one depending the number of zip you want to enter).

The, you have to edit the plugins "HikaShop vendor user location filter" (which allow filtering on product listings)
Choose the filter mode "zip".
Enter the name of the vendor zip custom field.
And choose the rest of the options depending your needs.

You can do the same for the plugin "HikaMarket vendor user location filter" (which allow filtering on vendor listings).

Then in the vendor edition, you can put the list of accepted zip codes in the custom field.

Hi,
I don't know how to create a vendor custom field in hikamarket ?
On the other hand, there is still a field with the zip code (in the vendor adress..)
The zip code accepted by the vendor is his own zip code.

Hi,

Creating a custom field for HikaMarket is creating a field in HikaShop but selecting "vendor" as the targeted type (instead of address / user / product / etc).

If you want just one only accepted zip code, you can use the current "vendor_address_post_code" field.
You won't need to create an extra custom field, just have to put the right name in the plugin configuration.

Hi,

Between the two threads you made for the same "zip code" request, you have all required information to configure the vendor location feature.
(The other thread : www.hikashop.com/forum/19-hikamarket/869386-zip-code.html )

1 - The search module (in the other thread)

2 - The selection of the "vendor listing" menu for the module (in the other thread too)
In this thread, you can have the explanation of the filtering plugins, which will filters the vendors depending the user entered value in the module. The configuration is not very user friendly because it is an advanced feature and it should be flexible (to be able to answer to a maximum of needs)

3 - Nothing special, the user is in a vendor listing menu, so he can select a vendor in the listing

4 - Using a product listing module under the vendor page.
Explanation here : www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...tml#tuto_vendor_page
Screenshot of a sample module configuration here : www.hikashop.com/images/stories/hikamark...t_listing_module.jpg
