Seperate Billing and Shipping address

-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5
-- PHP version -- : 7.0

Hi, is there any documentation to separate the billing and shipping address?
As I go through the documentation, I've seems can't find it.

I wish to have something like in the documentation here (as attached) :

I've tried to set the backend.. but don't show the "shipping address" (second image until the fourth image)
