Cannot get Userpoints to work

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.1
-- HikaSerial version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.25
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.15

I have attempted and failed, for more than 9 hours to get User Points working.
1) The user points do not display in the Customer’s Order page (image 1)
2) I have created, “Serials with User Points HikaSerial Generatr plugin”
3) I have 6 pointsgens (image 2)
a. One of the pointgens is set to give the user 60 points valued at .67cents per point
(Total Value $38 USD). (image3)
b. I have attached the serial to a product (Admin Credit) Qty (1) (image4)
4) After purchase, I confirm the order, and the serial is generated.
5) However, when viewing the serial (image 5) that points_value states 116
6) And, points do not display on customer’s order page (image1).

?? What am I doing wrong? Is there something else that needs to be activated, so users can view how many user points (admin credits) they have? Will the correct amount and value of credits be observed?

You have a serial which can give 116 points to the user who will consume the serial.
So you need the HikaSerial consume page (or consume module), to let the user enter a serial and receive the points.

Please note that if you want the customer to earn directly the points on order confirmation, you need to use the HikaShop user points plugin, not the HikaSerial generator/consumer ones.

1. I am using "User Points - HikaSerial Generator plugin" to generate the user points.
There is no other "user point" application within my system except the consumer (see image8).
2. I have created User points - HikaSerial Consumer for all plans (see image9).
3. user_points (table: User) has been created (see image10)
4. After I place and confirm an order, user points do not display (image11)

What am I doing wrong???

As explained in my previous message :

You have a serial which can give 116 points to the user who will consume the serial.
So you need the HikaSerial consume page (or consume module), to let the user enter a serial and receive the points.

Please note that if you want the customer to earn directly the points on order confirmation, you need to use the HikaShop user points plugin, not the HikaSerial generator/consumer ones.

You must use the consumer system with serial points. If you're not using it or follow my recommandations, it won't work.

Please contact the HikaShop support team in a new thread in the HikaShop section of the forum for explanation regarding the way to earn points on order confirmation.
