Since update: QR Code not working in Attach serial

Hi

I am selling vouchers (jpg) which are generated by the Attach Serial plugin.
Worked nice until the latest update.

User can buy the voucher, Email of the open order ist sent correctly.
But user does NOT get the confirmation of the paid order including the attached voucher. This Email is not sent.
In backend of Hikashop the order is "confirmed".

When I remove the QR-Code in the Attach serial plugin... then the problem is gone, all Emails are sent.

The QR Code feature seems to cause this

Please check your PHP error log.

The QR Code lib had some modifications but the patch did not had side effect with during my tests.

no errors in the error log after tests.

No problem with barcode, only with QR.
