How to get AttachSerial to work???

I just bought HikaSerial and i like to use AttachSerial, but what ever I try, it will nog work.

You can buy a coupon for 25 euro discount. The client receives a mail with the discount-code, but not a nice picture/coupon.

In the "pack id" you have to put the ID (number) of the pack, not the name.
It is planned that I replace this input box by a pack selector (which will be easier to understand), I have to find some time to do it.
