[SOLVED] How site will collect commissions from Hikamarket vendors

HikaMarket Vendor owns his shop in our site
Vendor sells a product and gets paid directly by the buyer with bank transfer

Sale status for order is confirmed and as we have as the site owners set a 2% commission for all vendors in our site the system has add the commission amount as Vendor total which is the amount vendor due to our site as commission.

We need to know where as the site owners where we can view all the list with commissions due to us, how we can control and handle the commissions due to us by vendors and last how the vendors can pay their commission to us directly from their control panel.

You have the HikaMarket backend dashboard and the HikaMarket backend vendor listing.
Both give you status on the number of orders waiting for a "vendor payment".
Vendors can see their stats in their front-end dashboard and see the amount of commission due to you.

Please note that when you're in mode "vendors paid directly", the "vendor payment" is reversed.
You still need to compile the orders that need to be paid. But it will result into HikaShop order assigned to your vendors that they need to pay.

Got your reply but maybe i was not ask correct my question. So in order to simplify our question i would like to know where is the button that vendor will click to pay the site's commission.

The vendor admin will have an HikaShop order in his listing and will have to pay it, using HikaShop (or manually and you will "confirm" the order).

The vendor admin is the owner of the site?

If by "Vendor Admin" you mean the owner of the site, we know about the Pay button in the backend.

But here we are talking about the rest of the vendors!

Let me try to explain again.

OWNER = The one who has created the multi vendor store
VENDOR = Anyone who registers with OWNER's site to sell his products

I am the OWNER of the site and i allow VENDOR to sell products through my site.
The VENDOR is paid directly through the payment method he has set in his vendor control panel.
The VENDOR sold his product, received his money, and now he ows a commission to the OWNER.

Where does the VENDOR have to click in order to pay the commission to the OWNER of the site?

We are asking how the site will be paid by the VENDOR, not the opposite!

1 - What: A classical HikaShop order which is "create" and need to be paid with a payment method of your store.

2 - Where: The HikaShop customer order listing of the vendor admin.
