We already have all the documentation and the developer toolkit but we're missing the UPS shipper number that must be configured in the plugin's configuration so that we can test what we did and move forward.
I have a friend in UPS IT who is working on the problem. When I did not hear from him for a few weeks I started looking at getting him a test account but the form is very complex. He is working on the problem. Give me a few more weeks.
