Feature Request - out of stock notification

Would be nice if there was an email notification for when a product is out of stock/sold out, or when it is about to run out.

Yes. That will be possible as well with the way we want to do it.

The plugin doesn't seem to work for me. I have it enabled it and just tested again... Maybe the email it is being sent to is the wrong one?

Did you setup your cron task ?
It won't work unless the cron is working.

Yep, setup cron task and said it was all good, then just tested again and got these messages:

Oh and using RSSeo too

These errors are related to the currency rates auto update plugin. It cannot work properly because of the way your server is setup. The php allow_url_fopen option should be activated.
You can either ask unpublish that plugin or activate that option (maybe you need to contact your hosting company for that).

However, that is not related to the out of stock notification.

You should put a small frequency in the options of the out of stock plugin and test manually the cron so that you're sure that the plugin is triggered each time the cron is triggered.
