Hi,

Please provide a link to a page with the issue and a screenshot of the settings of the custom field.
And make sure that you downloaded and installed the latest build and then edited and saved the settings of the custom field as I explained in previous messages.

this is one of the product pages the advanced datepicker is shown. I have added the screenshot of the customfield settings.
I edited the field, even when i make a new custom field with the advanced datepicker it will not work in the frontend.

Hi,

It looks like it's linked to your template.
Can you try to switch to the default template of Joomla ? Does it work there ?
What if you install and configure the extension jQuery Easy ? It looks like it could be a jQuery conflict.

We have switch the template to the default beez of joomla also in that template it doesn't work. We have installed the jQeury easy plugin, but don't know how to configure it. We tried a lot of settings but still it won't work unfortantly.

Hi,

So the issue was that there was a missing fix in the datepicker field plugin that we already had on our end.
I've added it on your website and it's working fine now.

For others with the issue, you can just download the install package on our website and install it on yours and that will fix the problem.

Thanks for the fix. so the fix is build in the new hikashop package i understand.. thanks.
There is one tiny thing i am missing on the frontend and that is the little calender box. it not a real problem.
But maybe for others it will?

Hello Nicolas,

I have tried a lot settings, but can not figure it out. also set show panel on yes but what i am missing on the frontend is the little callenderbox behind the date field. sie attachement.
I it is not a dissaster but with it it more complete :cheer:

Hi,

That's because you've turned off the "use bootstrap design" setting of the HikaShop configuration. The calendar button uses bootstrap.
