10% discount

got a question how can i handle this.

We would like to sell Product a) after the payment they get 10% discount on the whole shop but, this is my problem, they should get the discount of 10% just once.

My idea was to solve this:

Creat a new User Group: 10% discount
On the Product a)... After Selling --> Group 10% disount

But after the selling it stays in the group and dont remove from the group.

Any Idea ?

There are two potential solutions:
1. You could use HikaSerial standard and configure it to generate a voucher code so that the customer could use it for the next purchase and you can configure it as a 1 time use coupon.

2. You could use a mass action to change the user group of the customer after they purchase something on your shop if they are from that particular user group which can get the 10% discount:
