Automated update not existing was created by thomasf

-- url of the page with the problem -- : jetshop24.net
-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.2

Fear team,

I can't update from 4.2.2 to 4.2.3 because you accidentally posted version 4.2.3 with the date February 2019. That's why I guess Joomla doesn't detect the new version.
