After analyze of your configuration this result is normal as you use the old carousel, see it here :
1. From Main HikaShop Configuration => Advanced tab
2. Go to Legacy settings part
3. Carousel legacy set to "Yes"

Does there is a reason to have kept the old version of your carousel, that isn't responsive, and that leads to this result.
To solve this issue, you have to use the new carousel and not the legacy one.
