Google Search Console error - Product Type

Hi

Receiving errors in google search console for 2 pages, regarding richmeta data and aggregate ratings.

The issue is (see attached screenshot) all product types are set to THINGS, this is not something that has been set manually.



I have looked at other threads, and checked plugins.

Hikashop product tag insertion plugin is ENABLED
Hikashop Microdata on Product Page plugin is NOT ENABLED

This page is setup as follows:

The Link attached is a Menutype of - Hikashop >> Products Listings
This page shows all products in that category including their ratings

Settings for said menu attached



Plugins activated with the word product in it as follows



And finally the error message regarding rich snippet data (please note no other rich snippet plugins running)



This Object Type "THING" appears in the 2 pages which are set up as PRODUCT LISTINGS Menu Items, but according to google is NOT affecting the individual product pages themselves just these 2 PRODUCT LISTING MENU Items showing multiple products

Can you advise where this product type "THING" is originating from or where i can ammend

Thanks for the details. That's an issue that was reported to us 3 months ago here:

We've added a patch for it on our end and HikaShop 4.4.4 contains it.
So you can just update your HikaShop and you'll get the patch for that problem.
