acy mailing list product with empty rows was created by francota
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.3

Hello
I am using acy mailing but when I use Tag to insert product, the list of product shows products but a lot of empty rows with ID.
Why that? what they are?
It is normal??

Hi,

These must be the variants of your products. And the ids there must be the ids of the variants.

O yes They could be couse I have variants.
how can I know the ID of the variants?:blink:

Hi,

Create a mass action with a filter on the product_parent_id being equal to the id of your main product and an action display the results with the fields you want for the results listing of the variants where you'll have the product_id and other fields, and click on the proces button.

Ooo I didnt know this possibility to use mass action

Ok ok
I found the button, it is ok.
But where i find the result with id ??

This is my setting where I wrong?

Hi,

In the filter, you selected the "product_id" column instead of "product_parent_id" one as I was explaining.
That's why you don't see anything.
