Empty space in place of products?

Greetings once again,

I've encountered this strange issue recently and I'm not sure how to fix it. Maybe I'm missing something... Below I've attached screenshots with the problem. There's space where products should be. The same thing happens when I open the category listing, where it shows me white space instead of the product box, so to speak.

Is there somewhere specific I should be looking to fix this? I tried the menus but I didn't find anything in particular.

Can you show us screenshots of how you configured the "products options" tab of your content menu, and also give us a link to the page where you are having your issue so that we can directly check it. Thank you.

I don't get why your height consistency didn't work, but I have a solution, you can add some custom css, see this tutorial .

This kind of code, can do the trick :
.hkc-md-4.hikashop_product {
height: 450px !important;
}

Note : You other future solution will to update your HikaShop to 4.2.2, that have the flex system specifically to avoid this kind of issue.
