Slide images on each product in product listing

-- url of the page with the problem -- : cristina-alba.com

Hello, many of my customers are requesting that, instead of showing the main image for each product in the product listings, a slideshow is displayed where all the images of the product can be viewed without having to enter the product page. This option already appears in many online stores and is a very important implementation. Is it possible to do this currently?
Example:
www.bimbaylola.com/es_es/bolsos

Hi,

Yes. Edit your menu item or your HikaShop content module which displays the product listing you want to change, and under its "products options" tab ("hikashop options" tab for the module), you can change the "layout type" setting to "hover_x_image_title":
www.hikashop.com/home/blog/471-hikashop-4-4-3.html#multi
That way, when you hover on the image of a product on the listing, the images will swap one after the other.

Hi,

I was unaware of this view, it is very good for the desktop version, but as you know now the most important thing is the mobile version, in this case the view is completely useless since on mobile you cannot hover over it. Ideally, we should use a slide with arrows that can be swiped sideways (just like it appears on the product page without the thumbnails).

Thank you.

Hello,

Your remark is entirely relevant, so we are working on a solution that will correct this, and as quickly as possible!
We will keep you informed on this subject.

Hello,

Thanks to your suggestion, we have improved our hover_x_img. This view will now be usable even on small screens.
You will find this new version in our upcoming release.
