How do I get my checkout to look like yours?

I found this on the Hikashop page where it shows the features of Hikashop Essentials.

How do I get my checkout to look like this (vertical on the page)??

For this you have to configure your checkout Workflow, you can access it from :
Main HikaShop Configuration => Checkout tab, then "Checkout Workflow" part.

For more details, have a look on this recent documentation and this old video that can learn you the basics.

Could you solve this Problem? I have sent 3 Mails to support (i paid for it, nobody answered) and I tried to get the Shippingadress in the Checkout, but I always get the Adress of our company on this page!

Has anybody some tipps, what I made wrong?

It seems our messages ended up in your spam folder or were rejected by your email server. I would recommend you check with your email service provider.

Regarding the shipping address, if you see your shop address instead of the shipping address of the customer, it's probably because you have activated the "shipping address override" setting of the shipping method in the menu System>Shipping methods.

THANK YOU - it seems we have really some problems receiving your Email. I will check this really soon! The messages are not in SPAM - it seems the Mailserver declined it - we have to check why!
