Hello,
In your question there are 2 differents contexts, and so 2 differents way to proceed :
1. Have a look on this tutorial to learn how to custom your email.
Note : that you can reach this documentation, from your backend email by clicking on the "Help button"
2. For the confirmation page, we think that you talking about the "thank you page", just after the payment.
Then first have a look on this tutorial to see how to create override view from default HikaShop views.
A tips, for this kind of operation, the "Display view files" option is really useful.
To find it, follow me step by step :
- From Main HikaShop configuration => Advanced tab
- Go to the first part, Advanced settings part
- Select "Front-end" and Save
=> Now, on the Front end HikaShop will add your view references, like by example :
"checkout/end.php"
Hope this will help you to achieved what you need.
Regards
