Sure, your issue is coming from the fact that you should use that last UPS version with the last Hikashop version, so can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it and test it again ?

done as your advice.
Downlaod and update version of hikashop to (You have the latest stable version of HikaShop Business: 2.3.4) then reinstall your plugin sent to me in previous post.
Now i can see again ups shipping mod, but if i select "Negotiated rate" to yes or to no is the same result as in print screen attached

Hello,
With that last UPS version, the negotiated rate option is correctly sent as described it on the UPS documentation, I've also added a "State/Province code" option so that the negotiated rate request will be correctly structured.
At this point, the best solution will probably be to directly contact UPS.
