Hi,
I am trying to setup Envoimoinscher plugin in my shop... but even if I setup the key Id, "make order" to yes and choose DHL Express... all is ok in the basket, with rates from envoimoinscher, but after that I dont have a shipping drop of or any transport id from DHL.

How it suppose to work ?

I juste see this answer from Mohamed of Hikashop Team "Unfortunately, that plugin isn't supported anymore by Hikashop due to the lack of response from the EnvoiMoinsCher platform."
I am a bit annoyed is that plugin can be use with hikashop finaly or not ?

Can I know why you have duplicate your questions in the forum AND by email ?
We can't provide you any good support in such condition, specially if we have to reply several time to the exact same messages and writing the exact same thing. And if two different people are replying, the team is loosing more and more time !

So, please stop duplicate your messages.

Now about the "envoimoinscher" plugin, we removed it from the HikaShop packages due to a lot of issues with the EnvoiMoinsCher support team.
That plugin is not in HikaShop anymore and we don't provide any support on it except for bugs.

We wrote a documentation page that you can freely (and carefully) read

If you have questions about the plugin configuration, please re-read the documentation page and ask the EnvoiMoinsCher support team for more details.
If you have a real bug in the plugin ; we will be happy to fix it.

But our role is not to provide support on EnvoiMoinsCher services and configuration.
That is why we do not provide any support on that plugin anymore.

Sorry for duplicate message... but I was waiting for an answer quickly.

I have read all your documentation about EnvoiMoinscher, but it isnt write anything about how it's suppose to work with the drop off system of DHL Express for example.
Who and How the carrier is inform he has to organize a collection ?

The Hikashop EnvoiMoinsCher plugin will only give you the list of shipping methods and available pick up points, but regarding the organization of collections, the solution can be to use the "Availability for collection" option which will work with the compatible EnvoiMoinsCher shipping services.
In your case the best solution will probably be to ask more information about it to EnvoiMoinsCher.
