At a quick glance, I don't see any dimension information but I don't remember if that is included in the debug.

But not errors from what I'm seeing.

Thank you, I did not see any errors either and it says that it's successful.
The length, width and height are being included in the information passed onto FedEx. I did not include that in the debug content I pasted because it contained other fedex account info. I assumed that those dimensions are supposed to show/repeat in the Response FedEx Ground debug information but I do not see them there.

Do you know if anybody else had a similar issues with the FedEx shipping charge being too low and the actual shipping charge being 7-8 times as much?

I noticed is your DimDivisor value is 0 if I'm reading things right.
I think that might be wrong.

I believe it should be 139 for your case given your dimensions should be triggering Dimensional Weight like it does on www.fedex.com .

It also talks about what the Dimensional Divisor (DimDivisor) should be (139 starting this year).

Otherwise I've never seen a difference that high. I came close doing it manually at fedex.com by simply not including the package dimensions.
It wasn't the $93, but it was 50 something. so I think you have more than one factor increasing the margin of error here.
