On install: Can not find the component/level ... was created by chemcat9

On re-install of Joomla I received two errors; one appeared in a splash screen and disappeared before I could read it, the other said:

Can not find the component/level to check the latest version : 'hikashop' / ''

HikaShop does not appear in the component menu as of this time.

Please advise.
