Attached is my Hika Google Plugin, the .xml file name is correct, so is the username and password.

Could you provide a back end access as well as an access to your google products account so that we can check your settings ? If so, you can send it via our contact form ? Don't forget to mention the URL of this thread.

Yes, and I already replied to you:

The problem comes from your username/password in the plugin.
You set the username ****@therollerskate.com in the plugin, but the
FTP username you have on Google Merchant is therolle***** so it's
normal that it doesn't work.
You can find the FTP username and password of your google merchant
account on the page www.google.com/merchants/ftpsettings

Oh my gosh, I can't believe I did that. If anyone else is wondering, I botched my own username in the Google for the FTP. No I have it setup correctly, I'm sure this will fix it. Thanks Hika for helping an idiot out!

I just checked, my descriptions are now updated, and I'm so happy I could eat...something that I don't think tastes that good.
