Auto cancel plugin not working

I have the auto cancel plugin activated to cancel orders every 24 hours. It is not doing this for orders marked "created" but are more than 24 hours old. What would cause this?

You need to configure your cron task: www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...ashop-cron-task.html
