subtotal in checkout page, strange

Hi there

i have used hikashop starter for one year and never found this until just now. This is a case in calculation of invoice in checkout process.

case:
-if products are totaled for 1.200.000, then the calculation for 'sub total' is 0
-if products are totaled for other than 1.200.000, then the calculation for 'sub total' is working fine
-i have tried different products combination to recreate the case, and yes they do recreate the case.
-im not sure whether there is other number that will make 'sub total' to 0

well we have the same problem. I've tried it as well in my local, and it works fine in local. Only in live website that it does not work.

That's because your numbers are too big. You' ll have to edit all the decimal fields of the hikashop tables via your phpmyadmin and change their length from 12.5 to 16.5

That should fix your problem.

i have changed all hikashop tables that have decimal property 12.5 to 16.5 and it still does not work

for my case, i only find that subtotal 1.200.000 has this problem. If subtotal greater than 1.200.000, it is working fine. And i have looked at my local phpmyadmin, the decimal is 12.5 as well, but it is working fine..

I tried on my end but I don't have any problems with 1200000.

Could you do a screenshot of your currency options editions screen so that we can see how you set up your currency. Maybe it comes from one of the settings there...

yes, that is why this is a strange behavior, i couldn't produce same case in my local either (eventhough my local is the exact replica using akeeba backup)
