Email notification

How can I display invoice details in the email notification, I created items as custom fields in the address section? The mail received without any data for invoice. I do not see any option to include my custom field in mail. It is very strange than in mail notification preview I can see details for invoice, but when recieve mail, I can not see them. See my attachment.

I did it with custom fields but for the order section, not address section.

If it's custom fields of the "order" table, you can edit them via the Display>Custom fields menu. There, you have display settings you can activate in order to display them in the emails:
