How to add captcha in registration form? was created by neviqimka
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.2
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.22

I use "n3t Seznam Captcha" on site and I have separate page with registration form, but captcha doesn't appear on this page.

Hi,

To have a captcha on registration forms, you can use ReCaptcha which is integrated with HikaShop.

Like for any element, you can add custom CSS code in order to adapt it to your design.

Thank you for proposal, but I don't need ReCaptcha I only need insert my old captcha on registration page (not on checkout page) and I have captcha which I want in all forms on my site.

Sure but the "n3t Seznam Captcha" plugin is not compatible with HikaShop, so you won't be able to use it with HikaShop forms.

Ok then, how to switch on ReCaptcha only on registration page ( site.com/component/hikashop/user/form.html ) not on checkout page?

There is no option for that either.
The ReCaptcha plugin will display on both pages and do the check on the registration of the user on both sides.

I added this topic to the forum, but I thought I'll post it here too. I download, installed, added the Google recaptcha API's and enabled the HS plug in. My registration page displays an error:

Input error: Invalid referer.

I've set the recaptcha to appear below the email, then below the text. It's gives the same error. i'm running your free version while we are in dat-dev. We will be upgrading to your pro version in April, until then we'd like to stop the spamming during beta testing. Please advise

hi,
i have standart joomlas CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA plugin
but it doesnt work on hikashop checkout pages
if to you hikashop recaptcha than joomlas captcha and hikashop recaptcha
begin to conflict on joomlas registration form.

how to enable CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA on hikashop checkout page ?

i wanted to include recaptcha own code but could not find hikashop registration form

how to make ?

Hi,

Use only HikaShop's captcha:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/7...-with-recaptcha.html
It will work for both the Joomla registration page and HikaShop's checkout registration.

I installed HikaShop's captcha , made all necessary settings
disabled native joomlas CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA

Thing does not work - on registration page i see error message - you have no installed capcha contact admin, also in 3d party modules (you have no installed captcha ).
In Joomlas setting i cant choose any default Captcha - the list is empty.
but Hikashop Recaptcha working

Hi,

That error doesn't come from HikaShop. So you must still have some captcha activated in Joomla.
If you disable it, you won't have the error.
