{SOLVED} New Account Email

Hi,
I've searched through the forum and tested and tried all the options, checked all the settings, my server is sending all other mail but not this one and still I cannot get the confirmation email to be sent to the client when they register a new account from the shopping cart.

Desperately hoping you can give some other guidance.

Do you get that email sent when you use the Joomla registration page ?
Did you set the "New User Account Activation" option to "self" in the options of the joomla user manager ?

Joomla sends new registrations when I set them up in Joomla, but still not from Hika.

Yes checked that too and it is correct.

Just tried again and I have received this message, this is the first time ... does that make any sense, could it be responsible?
