Subscription systems main purpose is to have that reminder yes.
So whether you use HikaSubscriptions ( www.hikashop.com/home/blog/380-hikasubscription-beta.html ), or Emerald ( www.mintjoomla.com/download/joomla-3/ite...action-hikashop.html ), it will do that.
