Customer Account in CPanel - wrong template

-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.13
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.14
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : safari 12.1

When my clients go to My Account, they see four options in their cpanel.

The first option, My Account, goes to a secondary template and not the template I am using for the website. All the the other cpanel options when selected reflect the correct template.

Any ideas on what I can do to change this and have it open within the correct template?

Hi,

The profile edition page is displayed by Joomla, not HikaShop. So it goes to another menu item than the rest of the pages of the control panel.
So what you want to do is to edit the settings of the plugin "HikaShop joomla user account link plugin" via the Joomla plugins manager and in the "Force menu" setting, enter the id of a menu item (preferably of one of the types of com_users). Then, make sure that this menu item is assigned to the template you want.
