and we tried using the Product add button and tried this syntax
Neither worked. We're used this product for years without issue. Now the picture loaded (we loaded and unloaded that too) does not show on the page. Also when clicking the "Choose Options" button, the next page shows a tiny restricted picture much smaller than the 100 x 100 of all our other pictures. When this first began, the correct syntax picked up the product for Thursday tickets (name is not similar, ID number is not even close) and at least that is not happening anymore.
We're stumped. Thank you in advance for your efforts. We appreciate you very much.
