Registration, Email confirmation and system msg.

i cant see my system messages. Though i cant the email in my box but the system message telling the user to go to his/her mail to activate the order is not showing.

Or better still do i have to go through this activation process?

You can remove the activation process by turn off the user account activation in the configuration of joomla 1.5 or in the options of the user manager in joomla 1.6 and 1.7
