Hi Nic, Looks pretty simple but I have problems with the coupons , I read the instructions and create a coupon to be apply to a product, then I enter the code but is not working , do you have any other manual for this , I also compare to the settings in your demo site but still not working , any help will be great.

Hi,

Could you do a screenshot of the configuration of your coupon so that we can see what you did ?
What do you mean by "it is not working" ? Do you get an error message when you enter the coupon on the checkout ?

The number of times used and the quota is the same in your coupon.
That means that it can't be used anymore as the quota is exhausted.

I am trying to see up the discount coupon facility, but it keeps adding the discounted amount back on as a tax, please see attachment.

Hi,

Thank you. We were able to reproduce the problem on our end and fix it.

Please download again the install package from our website and install it on yours over your current version. That should fix the problem for you too.

one small point, when I update Hikashop it rewrites my modifications to the language file File : en-GB

That's because you should do your modification in the override area as explained there:

Please make sure that you have the line:
if(isset($prices->prices[$k]->price_value_without_discount_with_tax) && $prices->prices[$k]->price_value_without_discount_with_tax>0) continue;
in the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/currency.php
If you don't, it means that the file wasn't updated.

Do you have the same behavior as before ?

yes it's there (see attachment) no I didn't have the problem before.

Before it just added the discount back on as a tax.

I can not get the coupon discount to work and you asked me if I had this line

I thought I had sent you a screen shot of my currency.php file, apparently I didn't so here it is showing the line.
