How to present products in a simple list, no pics?

Hi,
I would like to make a list of products for a lunchroom, for clients to order baguettes and so on, no pics needed or just small pics.
The idea is to place all products on their own one-line, with the possibility to choose large/small and the amount.
This way all products should fit on the same page/screen, which makes it easier to make a choice.

You can create a menu of the type "hikashop products listing" via the menu manager of joomla. Then, set it to display in table in the hikashop options screen. You will be able to specify the image size if you want a small one on the same screen as well as turn on the add to cart button display.
You say that you want large and small. If you want to handle different stocks or prices for each size of product, I would recommend to separate them into two products, otherwise you won't be able to display the selection on the listing, but only on the product page.
