And so, I think the issue coming from template (native issue or custom on the Css code) or override view (HikaShop view customs)...
I want have a look on this test site configuration but I haven't access for it.

I just want to compare your two (official & test site) Vote & Comment configuration.
But you can do it by yourself, because for me, at least ON the test site, the issue don't remains.

So, as I wrote if issue remains it's linked to custom in two levels (template & override).

Please provide more details about the website and some way to see what you're talking about.
You should note that the votes are display using Javascript ; so if you have JS errors in your page (before the HikaShop JS code) it would explain why the vote is not initialized.

The problem is that we can't see the stars for a review.
As you can see in the screenshot, there is a comment for that product, with a number of stars voted, but we can't see them.

- Your Vote & Comment part configuration (in Main HikaShop Configuration => Features tab)

Thanks for your elements returns, that allow us to better understand the "issue", let's explain us :
I think you want to define "Choose which module you want to enable" option on "Vote & Comment connected".
This will associated all comment with vote, and so the rating will be displayed as side comment.
But to check this don't forget to create new comment with rating after have switched the settings, because old comment & rating are already stocked in database without be associated, so to check your new settings effect you have to create new entries.
