Assign Discount to Specific User or User Group?

Is there a way to apply a specific discount to a specific user or user group? :dry:
You can do this easily in VirtueMart, but I don't see how to do it in HikaShop even after searching all the documentation and forums!! :huh:

As explained in the documentation, the Access level on discounts (and coupons) requires HikaShop Business.
