Hi Supportteam,
We want to start with subscription on our site but we like to add a subscription to all our existing users.
On that way they won't have to buy the new sort subscription.
But it looks like you have to do that manual for every user.
Is there an option to add a subscription to a group of people?
For example to all registered users or is this possible with an import?
We have ca. 960 users
Hope you have a solution for that.
Kind regards,
Lumiga

Hello,
The manual creation of a suscription in the backend is for one single user.
When the subscription is created, triggers are called and some actions are performed on the user.
An import is not possible since you'll need to generate yourself the subscription data (and the triggers won't be called ; but maybe in your case it's not an issue/requirement).
If you want to perform a batch, it would need a custom development and some specifications.
