How to CRR, ARPC, RPR, ATBP, CR

I'm trying to create specific statistics and need some help.
How to set report for:
1. Customer Retention Rate
2. Average Revenue per Customer
3. Repeat Purchase Rate
4. Average Time Between Purchases
5. Churn Rate
6. Average sales per customer

Is this even possible directly in hikashop?

It's not possible directly in HikaShop.

What you can do is to plug HikaShop to Google Analytics with our GA plugin:

This will send sales data to GA and in GA, you can then do most of these statistics:

Note that we also have a similar plugin to Matomo:

Matomo provide similar features to GA, although I'm not sure if it is as advanced as GA for ecommerce statistics. The advantage is that it can be self hosted if that's something important in your situation.
So maybe it can be an alternative ?

We already use GA. Unfortunately GA is not accurate according to its data.
Do you know of any CRM or other tool that would cover all these analyses? Even if we manually pulled the data from hikashop.

I am not familiar with CRM software.
I now of Dolibarr which is also open source and is used widely: www.dolibarr.org/
I also know of someone who used it with HikaShop.
But I don't know what is can do regarding your needs of statistics.
