Editing Affiliate Banner Page

I am talking with a green affiliate program promoter and they didn't know you have to register and log in to view affiliate program details. So, I need to make it more obvious. Where do I add some text like "Affiliates earn extra money. You must be registered and logged in to view our affiliate details. bla bla bla" to the Affiliate page?

You can go in the menu Display->views and edit the file show of the view affiliate.
There, you can add your message:

if(empty($this->user->user_id)){
 $app =& JFactory::getApplication();
 $app->enqueueMessage('You must be registered and logged in to view our affiliate details.');
}
