Hi,

Not sure if anyone is experiencing a similar problem but I have a joomla website www.nixielilly.com that uses a free version of Hikashop checkout. Unfortunately when testing the site before I go live I've realised that when a user attempts to set up an account at the checkout, no email confirmation is being received - i have tried this with a couple of addresses and the result is the same.

Can you help?

Hello, thanks for the quick response - I see the profile you've set up.

Can I ask you to test something else too? When I request a password reminder a token code is received via email howevr when this is copy and pasted into the requested field on the website I get a message saying that a password reset is not available as the token code is invalid (or something like that). Is there any reason for this and what is the fix?

That's a problem on old versions of joomla (so make sure that you have a recent version) and/or with some templates. Here is more information about the problem: docs.joomla.org/Confirm_password_in_1.5.16
