Error, UPS shipping method not working

Hi,

In setting the shipping method UPS, ERROR, not show the shipping rating, only see shipping address and checkout not passed at following step"pay and confirm order" . I have account with UPS, access key and all others access but first test with UPS no passed because no have complete fields for finished the test, I contacted with UPS and I send the source code and credentials, and this have problems. My latest version of Hikashop Businessis. I tired the search in the forum and document and not found nothing about the problem, in the demo website isn't setting the shipping method UPS. This shipping method actually works or not. Someone has used this shipping method and this working correctly.

Yes we have other customers who use the UPS plugin and it works.

Hi,

The USA zone have the id 223, not 4557.
It looks like you create new zones and it could be logical that information sent to UPS are not valid.
"No shipping method for your location" indicates that your shipping method is not valid for your current location.

In your UPS shipping method, all the zone settings need to be set to that 223 USA zone, not to another.
The system cannot link the USA with the id 4557 of your shipping method and the USA with the id 223 of your address. For HikaShop, it's like if you have two different countries which are not related together.

If the system still says that error, it's because you still have the wrong zone somewhere in there.

I didn't get any username/password from you, so I couldn't check for myself.
