pagination in the related products

In one product I have more than 3 related products (5).
When I setting up module for related products I have set 3 columns and 3 items
And I see pagination!
But pagination don't work!
Then I try to click on next page I have message "product not found"

What I expected to see: only three related products without pagination!

what should I do now?

Indeed, the pagination does not work properly on modules under the product page. We'll have to fix that.

If you don't want the pagination, just turn on the random option of your module and it won't display it.

this is solve the problem but I think that there are must be another option "turn off pagination" because may be I want to show last 3 or 4 items and so on...

We fixed the pagination for modules under the product page on our end and it will be in next release.

However, I don't see why you would have 5 related products but only display 3 of them on the product pages. The related products are only used for that. So you could just add 3 related products and that wouldn't display the pagination.

I am webmaster. And my customer is owner of this shop. This is her choice to choose more than 3 products in some items of shop... 3 products because of design that look well. If there will be 4 or more products there will be 2 rows. It is not good. And I don't know how to do that 4 products will be in one row....

You can increase the number of columns of the module in its hikashop options. But then there will be some white space when there is less than 4 products as related products.

You can always edit the file "listing_div" of the product view via the menu Display->Views to not display the pagination but you might need it on other products listings...
