PAY PAL transaction not going through

I checked out using Pay pal, received my receipt that it had gone through, and it's like 20 minutes later and it's not showing in the Pay Pal account. It does not show that any transaction happened.

And in the back end, it shows as CREATED, but not CONFIRMED.

And I received the first email from the system saying my order had been created, and received one from Pay Pal saying I just sent a payment.

Any ideas why it's not going through and what I can do to fix?

If you don't see the payment in your paypal account, you should check with paypal's support. They are the only ones able to help you on that.
That might be related to the fact that the order was not confirmed (if the payment is not in your paypal account, then it's normal that paypal didn't send the payment notification to HikaShop).

Otherwise, if the payment is in paypal by that there is no confirmation sent to HikaShop, you should look at that documentation: www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...or.html#notification
