wrong color on order

Hi,

Seem to have a problem with a color choice on order. Don't know if it's just on one product or maybe some others which people have not yet ordered.

Anyway this is on a helmet with two characteristics: color and vented/unvented. Drop down default color is black. He ordered white, but the order came in as black...variant:2001_119_165. White variant is 2001_117_165. If I go to the front end and place the same order in white, it also registers as black on my back end when it is created. Hi,

The problem seems to come from aninconsistency in your characteristics/variants.
Please follow these steps and it should work:
1. Delete all the variants of the product on the listing of variants that you can access via the button "manage variants" on the product edition screen.
2. Delete the characteristics of the product.
3. Save the product.
4. Add the characteristics again.
5. The system will regenerate all the variants automatically and you should be able to see the dropdowns properly on the front end.
