Random item not workin

Hi there,

on this site: www.astburygreen.co.uk/buy-prints-of-original-work

this a product listing and the content menu the option to randomise is yes. And yet none of the products move. Something is stopping it randomising. Whats going on?!!!

That's probably because it is already displaying all the products on the page, so there is nothing to randomize. randomization works when you have less products displayed on your listing than the total number of products. So basically, if you turn off the random option and that you don't see any pagination, it's normal. Just reduce the "number of items" to be lower that the total number of products and it will work.
